Description
Pecans have a sweet, rich buttery nut. This rich flavour combined with the hints of caramel and vanilla from the maple syrup. The vanilla tones are heightened by the addition of a little extra vanilla and to top off the already amazing base to the nougat of honey. Complex mix of flavours but all combine to make a dessert like nougat.
