Date & Walnut. What does it make you think of. For me it is a sticky date pudding. Walnuts are a soft nut so crush all the way through the bar creating a somewhat more nutty texture and the dates give it a sticky caramel flavour. Although this makes it sound quite sweet. I would tend towards saying it is one of our less sweet choices.
